Ken Briggs
(since 1982) - President
Ken was reared in Reidsville, NC, and graduated from
Davidson College in 1964. After serving in the US Army, Ken's career
in office systems began in 1969 as a sales rep for Clyde Rudd
& Associates in Greensboro, NC. In 1971, Ken
moved to Roanoke as a part of Rudd's Roanoke office. In 1982, the
Rudd group elected to sell the Virginia territory, and Briggs Office
Solutions was launched.
"My business philosophy has always been to recommend the
solution that is best for our customers. I see our role as
'advisors' to our clients. There are many, many products
available.....our value is in 'working out the details' and providing a
solution that will result in the customer saying 'I'm glad we called Briggs
Office Solutions'".

Jeff Goggin (
since 1998) - Vice President, Major Accounts
Jeff is a Bedford native and graduate of Randolph
Macon College in Ashland, VA, where he was an all-star "tight
end" on the Yellow Jacket Football team. After college, Jeff
began a career in office systems marketing with IBM, and finally the San
Francisco office of TAB Products Company. He then decided it was
time to "move back to Bedford". He joined us in 1998 as a
well-trained and effective systems consultant

Carolyn Franklin
( since 1997) - Manager, Administration
Carolyn is a native of Vinton, and a proud William
Byrd Terrier. She is the voice on the phone who keeps our customers
happy and our administrative matters in order.
